Requests will be examined considering the remaining housing options.

The registration fee covers : conference registration, all meals and housing from Sunday 30th July dinner to Thursday 3rd August lunch, as well as social events. 

In case you would like to arrive earlier or leave later and you consider to stay at the conference hotel (Le Grand Hotel), please note that negotiated prices are

- single, double or twin rooms 230€/night

- duplex and family rooms  280€/night.

To this adds breakfast 25€ and 2.30€ Taxe de séjour.
